This three-day weekend in the gorgeous countryside of Spain will give you the jump start you need for a healthier you. You’ll be learning from author and celebrity nutritionist Heather Lounsbury simple nutrition and lifestyle tips on how to safely incorporate detoxification into your daily routine, how to avoid toxins in your food and home, and how to do a more intensive cleanse should the need arise. You will also learn yoga poses focusing on the breath and further cleansing from one of Spain’s top yoga teachers.
Not only will you be learning from the best, but you’ll experience Spanish food at its finest. Health promoting foods can be delicious and decadent. You’ll learn in the final course of the retreat how to incorporate your new found knowledge into everyday life.

During the course will focus on BREATHING EXERCISES & BANDHAS for detox the body and help inner transit.

About Yoga Teacher
Tato has been practicing with Tomas Zorzo (pioneer of ashtanga in Spain), Ananda Zorzo (ashtanga yoga Canarias), Andrei Ram & Simon Park (both from Dharma Mitra New York). He also studied yoga in India.
Tato has been teaching at his yoga school for the last seven years daily primarily the series of ashtanga, but he can adapt to any other style of yoga.
