The history of this place has been preserved by keeping the original architectural structure with the courtyard, recovering, where possible, the original materials, and choosing typical ones: local stone, tuff, facing bricks; recovered flagstone; majolica; Marsala tiles.

The typical vegetation of the coastal area, consisting of a low Mediterranean shrub, has been carefully preserved and enriched with distinctive plants of this area, agaves, low palm trees, prickly pears and olive trees.
