Exotic Villa Syvota is a classic traditional residence with luxury touches that can accommodate up to 18 people. The villa has 3 independent buildings with 7 en suite bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom and 1 separate maid’s room.

The Main House: 6 guests, Entrance and Upper Level. The Entrance level has a spacious kitchen with marble dining table for 8 guests and 1 en suite bedroom. The Upper level has a large living room with sofas, 2 double bedrooms with shared bathroom.

3 Independent Buildings : 12 guests with 6 en suite bedrooms, 4 of these are double beds and 2 are single beds with their independent entrances for extra privacy.

Exotic Villa Syvota has a rocky small private beach, equipped with sun beds and umbrellas.
