A very special, private and quiet finca that dates back to 1883 with a striking garden, a beautiful swimming pool and great views of the Ibiza hills. The villa is conveniently located 15 min from the airport, 20 min from Ibiza Town and 10-15 min fromIbiza’s top 5 beaches. The finca is distributed on two floors and has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on a size of 336 m2.A fantastic outdoor area with chill-out space and an outside kitchen is perfect both for families and for entertaining groups of friends.Stunning palm trees and lush gardens surround the old finca.  The beautiful terrace overlooking the countryside features a pool with waterfall, a covered chill-out space, a play area with a ping-pong table and an outdoor full kitchen, ideal for summer days.

With 5 spacious  suites with private entrance and each one with private terrace or lounge area to choose, 4 spacious bathrooms, 1 outdoor full kitchen with table and all the outdoor furniture to enjoy a lunch or dinner next to the pool . Each and every space is different, however all rooms are equipped with all the modern comforts you need and evoke a  charming romantic and discreet ambience with the use of natural fabrics and colours.

The living room is an area where our guests live and meet during the day and in the evening with smart tv and a cozy  fireplace, which makes the house livable even in the coldest months.
The garden is all around the property and there is a playground safe area for the kids with a aromatic herbs garden!
