Past the elegant yet simple entrance one is lead to the core of the property, the large living bale that opens on a spacious welcome room, on the right a dining room with a fire place that accommodate up to 24 people and a table comfortably sitting 20 people, a fully furnished kitchen where the staff can prepare a dinner for 100 people, a bar, home cinema entertainment room, library and a stunning sunbathing terrace overlooking the garden, the pool with infinity oceanview, where the guests can meet for a drink, dine together and relax. Magnifique Maison offers a wide selection of French and Italian dishes on its menu. The staff can make a good artisan Italian pizza in the wood fire oven bread is baked every morning for breakfast. Is recommend to try the Balinese specialities for a unique cultural experience. The gueste can have the lunch or dinner served in a different place of the villa every day-on the bale,on the side pool, on the beach, in the park, on the terraces, in the dining room. The Bale opens onto a spacious terrace overlooking the main pool and lusciously manicured grounds, host to a series of pavilions and structures, each unique and different in style, yet setting an atmosphere of simple and true elegance. The owner’s passion for old stones and all that relates to them, is well represented throughout the grounds by collections and single pieces originating from Europe, the middle east, Africa, South America, India and of course the Indonesian archipelago. Two master suite embrace the grounds on either side. The first one to the right is at garden level and revealed through an open terrace where awaits the allegoric presence of a large swinging daybed. Past the large wooden door, one discover an extremely large bedrooms with comfortable sofas and in its center an inviting iron wood bed from which one can enjoy full view of the outside grounds with the beach as background. The attached bathroom is conceived as a corridor of water features where one can walk himself through the different steps of a ritualistic bath, with passage under the various shower heads lining the ceiling, to reach the pleasurable peace of a little private outdoor haven, adjacent to the terrace where sits the large carved stone bath. The second suite is divided in two level. Downstair open from a small terrace, a few steps up from the garden, onto leading to a casual receiving area. Upstairs reveals a high ceiling, peaceful and spacious bedroom, with reading nook and study, opening onto a terrace holding magnificent view of the grounds below ; a profuse mix of green and water play. The exquisitely pristine pool, its lounging bales and the infinite horizon view onto the Indian Ocean. Attached is the most peculiar and inviting bathroom. Two moods. To the left, a sleek and contemporary shower lounge, with an amusing array of varied waterfall. To the right, a lovely and private terraced bath with magical views to the surroundings and a surprising plasma screen unveiling itself at sundown to enjoy a little news from the outside world if need be. The suite also hosts another two smaller bedrooms with twin beds, sharing an ensuite shower room, perfect to accommodate children and their caregivers The remaining bedrooms are gathered amongst the garden, within various bungalows. Each of their doors opens onto the haven of an air conditioned private and welcoming space. They each boast a king size bed and are uniquely decorated with original pieces and works of art from renowned 20th century artists and beyond. Each guest room has of course its own ensuite bath attached and enjoys the pleasant and private retreat of a covered terrace.
